Wolf Film Festival è un evento cinematografico alla sua prima edizione, organizzato dalla collaborazione tra il collettivo Wolf Film e l'associazione OROINCENTRI.
L'obiettivo di questo evento è la valorizzazione della creatività di registi e artisti audiovisivi emergenti, attraverso la proiezione dei loro originali lavori in forma di cortometraggi. Queste opere verranno proiettate in più giornate aperte al pubblico e in presenza di una giuria. Durante le giornate saranno inclusi interventi di esperti nel settore e possibilità di dialogo aperto sul tema presentato. Ogni anno proporremo un diverso tema di ricerca creativa e discussione, e una differente forma dell'evento.
Il tema di quest'anno è “Pace”.

L’iscrizione al festival è aperta ad artisti di tutto il mondo, la selezione dei cortometraggi finalisti avviene attraverso una giuria di esperti e la pubblicazione dei finalisti si avrà entro fine Maggio attraverso la piattaforma Filmfreeway e i social.
I corti dovranno avere i seguenti requisiti:
1) durata massima 20 minuti compresi titoli di coda
2) sottotitoli in inglese sia per cortometraggi provenienti
dall’Italia che dall’estero
3) Formato richiesto da full HD a 4K, codec h264.
4) essere inviati entro e non oltre la mezzanotte del 5 Maggio 2021
N.B. L’autore del cortometraggio dovrà essere colui che sottoscrive il proprio lavoro al portale, non sarà possibile accettare iscrizioni da terzi. Una volta selezionati, gli autori dovranno comunicare la loro presenza all'evento, tramite la seguente mail: [email protected].
Le spese di vitto e alloggio sono a carico dei partecipanti.
Dal 5/12/2020 al 04/01/2021, quota di partecipazione 7 euro (8,29$) e 4(4,74$) per i membri Gold
Dal 5/01/2021 al 03/02/2021, quota di partecipazione 10 euro (11,85$) e 8 (9,48$) per i membri Gold
Dal 04/02/2021 al 04/03/2021, quota di partecipazione 15 euro (17,77$) e 10 (11,85$) per i membri Gold
Dal 05/03/2021 al 05/05/2021, quota di partecipazione 20 euro (23,69$) e 12 (14,22$) per i membri Gold.
L’evento si articola in tre giornate, una di pre-festival e le due successive di concorso cinematografico che si suddividono in concorso nazionale e internazionale. Durante le giornate di concorso verranno proiettati i corti selezionati e, dopo la votazione da parte di una giuria di professionisti nel settore, ci saranno le premiazioni.
Il tema dei cortometraggi è libero, ciò significa che il tema generale dell’evento può essere usato come ispirazione o linea guida per la creazione di un’opera. Verranno accettati anche lavori non incentrati su questo specifico tema. I cortometraggi che accederanno alla finale sono 10.
I finalisti verranno valutati da una giuria di creativi ed esperti del settore, tra i quali:
Roberto Luigi Mauri (attore), Umberto Rinaldi (Produttore,regista Hitch2produzioni,direttore artistico festival corto e a capo), Alessandro Perrella (regista, ha lavorato con Roberto Rossellini e Luchino Visconti), Annarita Cocca (regista e direttrice artistica dell'Ariano International film festival).
L'evento vede la collaborazione di festival nazionali e internazionali come: Corto e a Capo e Ariano International film festival. L'evento avrà luogo nella sede di OROINCENTRI in via Pietro della valle 13c,Roma. Dall'11 al 13 Giugno 2021.




Wolf Film Festival is the first edition of a cinematographic event, created from the collaboration between Wolf Film Collective and OROINCENTRI.
This event aims to value the creativity of young directors and video artists by showing their original short movies. These selected works will be screened during a three day festival open to the public and in the presence of a jury. Over the course of the event there will be several talks by field experts with the possibility of open discussions around the topic.
Every year we will present a new theme, a different format and a topic for creative research.
This year’s theme is “Peace”.

The submission is open to artists and directors from all over the world.
The selection of the festival’s short movies will be decided with a jury of experts and the
finalists will be announced by the end of May 2021 on the Freeway platform and on our social media.
The submitted short movies must respect the following requirements:
1) maximum length 20 minutes (including end credits)
2) english subtitles (for all works, Italian and foreign)
3) format Full HD 4K, codec h264
4) the author must be the one submitting their work on the portal, we will not accept works submitted by third parties.

Expenses for travel and accommodation are not covered by the organization.
From 12/5/2020 to 01/04/2021, participation fee 8,29$ (4,74$ for Gold Members)
From 01/05/2021 to 02/03/2021, participation fee 11,85$ (9,48$ for Gold Members)
From 02/04/2021 to 03/04/2021, participation fee 17,77$ (11,85$ for Gold Members)
From 03/05/2021 to 05/05/2021, participation fee 23,69$ (14,22$ for Gold Members)
The festival will begin with an opening evening followed by two days of national and international short movies screenings. During the screening days the short movies will be voted by a jury of professionals and the winners will be announced at the end of each day.
The theme for the submitted works is free. Every participant is welcome to take inspiration and guidelines from the festival theme “Peace”, knowing that we will also accept original works that are not focused on this specific topic. The short movies that will be selected and will access the final are 10.
The finalists will be evaluated by a jury of creatives and experts, including:
Roberto Luigi Mauri (actor), Umberto Rinaldi (producer at Hitch2, director, art director for Corto e a Capo), Alessandro Perella (director - worked with Rossellini and Visconti), Annarita Cocca (filmmaker and art director for Ariano International Film Festival).
The event happens in collaboration with Corto e a Capo, Ariano International Film Festival and others. It will take place at the OROINCENTRI Cultural Center, located in the very centre of Rome from the 11th to the 13th of June 2021.
